The Fleet Modernization Program is an integrated FastFleet solution designed to transition underutilized, fossil fuel-powered city fleets to high-availability, shared, electric fleets, quickly and reliably using proven technology.

A comprehensive program, the FMP is a staged approach that begins by establishing a vehicle-sharing infrastructure to maximize your fleet utilization. Next, a base level vehicle-charging infrastructure is deployed and integrated. This enables immediate in-fleeting of plug-in hybrid vehicles – an important stop on the road to true zero-emission vehicles. Finally, production level electric vehicles are introduced into the fleet, leveraging the FastFleet technology to ensure the details of range, recharging, and reservations are all easily and properly managed.
